gYm tiME!!!

Signs it might be time to hit the gym:

-your hip adjusts your ipod volume when its in your pocket

-your toddler uses your belly fat as leverage to climb onto the couch

-you can feel your back by touching your side

-you can't see your "nether regions"

-you base your day around meals instead of actual time

-you've convinced yourself that ALL of your clothes must've been shrunk in the wash
