Emulating vs Coveting

Lessons can be harshly learned when you least expect them.    Example - there is a fine line between emulating the positive and simply coveting your neighbor's possessions.

Look at it this way...
You may admire the Statue of Liberty; what it stands for, how it looks, the attention and notoriety that it commands, etc.  However, I'm about 98.9% certain that you wouldn't want it in you're living room.  Instead, you could aim to exude some of the positive characteristics that Lady Liberty is known for.

Yes, imitation is certainly the sincerest form of flattery, but we must be cautious to not lose ourselves in things/people that are not for us.

Remember.... Your path and destiny is yours and yours alone.  Crossing into that of someone else will only act to delay your promised gifts.
