Procrastination
Sooooooo, I'm guilty. Guilty of procrastination. Oh, I know I'm not the only one.... but I won't name any names. I personally dislike laundry with a passion and therefore I find every excuse to get out of it. Kinda like I'm doing now by typing this blog. But I digress.
However as I sit here thinking of ways to once again get out of this looming task, I realize that procrastination should be the exact opposite action that I should be taking towards this chore. I mean, why would I stretch out something that I dislike, while rushing through something that I actually enjoy? It doesn't make any sense really. Yet... here I am, typing away with my mind trained on the basket that stands mockingly full and beckons me to fold.
Perhaps I have things twisted. Perhaps I should push through the negative (as I view it) and "procrastinate" on that which I enjoy.
Yea, I'm gonna need to think about that one. In the meantime.... I have some laundry to fold.
I truly hope that you have been able to focus on the light today.
*Peace and blessings*
