Selected Oblivion

Do you really recognize your neighbor's struggle, or do you choose to ignore it?  If you were in pain, would you not want a friend to help if you knew they possessed such an ability?

”See me!” he pleaded, but no one would listen because they were too busy with the mundane to recognize the pain in front of their faces.
A simple hand, a simple acknowledgment to provide him the validation that he thought time had forgot.
He matters!
