The Tides

Life can truly change from one extreme to another at the drop of a hat.  The health of a loved one declines, you get that job you've been so desperately praying for, a baby is born, there is a major car wreck, etc, etc, etc...

It seems like the older I get, the more predictable life becomes in the fact that it is completely unpredictable.  Even as I peer into the future of others, there is a subtle ripple that changes the flow of circumstances and outcomes.  It doesn't come from a harsh action, the ripple comes from the slightest decisions that we don't even think will make a difference in the bigger picture.  However, I am here to tell you that every-single-action you take has a major impact on your life and even more so, on the lives of those around you.

The notion of "I" is simply ego-speak.  The reality is that we are all connected.  We all have shared experiences, we can all see ourselves in the eyes of another when we quiet our souls enough to hear and see the truth.  And because of this fact we must do our best to practice empathy, gratitude and remain humble through all experiences... ALWAYS.  After all, one never knows when the tides will turn.

*Peace and Blessings*
